GSpec VSR Stock Ideas needed

Basically the TM stock that I use with my gspec is plastic and feels ######, nevermind the screws that barely keep it together...

I've been looking at real deal replacements but in fairness I would really like something new, different and able to mount a helmet camera on it.

Ideas? I know Sam the Man could fabricate me one.. Just need designs!

what style do you like? the more traditional type? or the newer more "tactically adjustable" stocks?

reference pics of stuff you like is always good..

if you give me some pointers and i'd be happy to have a go at drawing one up for you!

Duff , have a look here , the vsr is based on the remington m700 so a little modding to a real deal stock wont be that much of a problem

http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=remington...d=p3286.c0.m359

or pm candyman ..

Would I be looking for a short one? Sam could fabricate me something from the original stock.

Now we are talking! Still want the same shape as the original stock just more rigid and better fitted with the rest of the gun (stock screws are insanely gay).

or just google mcmillan stocks for remington 700 and start saving , and thinking about the modding

It would be easier to do on a tanaka as there m700 based replicas anyways

I push my fingers into my eyes
It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
But it's made of all the things I have to take
Jesus it never ends, it works it's way inside

Looking at Ebay the stocks range from $30 up to $300, are we saying that most of them would fit after milling etc?

Some nice stocks, just looking something in synthetic tbh. Though I would love one of those JAE bad boys!

why not look at the wooden stock or polycarbonate stocks from gun stores ( real fire arms ) as some of them have loads of stock that they mount the scopes onto before you can buy , i know that springfield surplus have them for that reason , and they are a rubber coated polymer.

but you could always try a surplus stock from gun smith's or armoury .

will save you loads of money , and least will give you more then one attempt to get it perfectly fitted to your rifle
