The next date for the FIBUA site will be 21st sept. But be aware that you will not automatically get a place if you book, pirority goes's to our members, then regular players, then people who have played at our woodland site over the past few month's then if there are any places left after that they will be allocated as we see fit.

Hold on there Mr McGinty ;) I'm waiting for confirmation of the dates we've asked for and as soon as I get them I'll post here. For now, just forget he said that.

So does that mean the chances of playing there are actually slim to none?!?

The place looks awesome and I would like a game there, but if its going to be as much hassle to get a place as it is to get Glastonbury tickets then thats a bit annoying! ;)

The reason we do this is so that our members and regular players who have supported us over our first year get a cance to play. And just to correct Carl, people were passed over for places at the FIBUA site in favour of our members.

Hopefully this will clarify the position, it's taken from our forum.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The FIBUA site is very special and unlike anything else around and we will be very choosy about who plays there, we don't need many to cover our costs anyway.
Places will be allocated by priority on the following basis. Basically, the loyal regular players who have helped us get up and running will be rewarded for that.

1 - Cerberus Airsoft club members

2 – Regular players at our woodland site

3 – Anyone who’s played at our woodland site at least once and is registered on our forums

4 – Players invited by Cerberus Airsoft staff
(this will be people we know from our playing days and members of teams where at least 1 team member has played at our site)

Places will be limited and offered to club members first, any places left will then be offered to regular players and so on down the list. If you want to increase your chances of getting a place you need to make sure you get higher on the priority list.

We won't be letting anyone we don't know just turn up and play, if you haven't played at our woodland site then we don't know you and you don't know how we operate. We want to keep our events top notch and we need quality players for that, if we don't know you we can't tell if you'll fit in with our regular players or not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

There'll soon be an addition to the list which is: anyone who has booked a place and not showed up or given us the chance to offer the place to someone else, will be right at the bottom and very unlikely to get a place.
As I see it, most of the people on the Manc forum would fall into the 4th catagory with a handful being in the 3rd.
So, if you want a place, let us know who you are and we'll be happy to invite you as our guests, can't say fairer than that ;)

In all reality its a brave and better approach to running game days as they are targeting the right players for the right game within the sport.

Lets just hope that other sites start using the initiative and give more senior players different games to get our teeth into! ;)
